This project consists of restoration of four buildings and construction of additional space to house a branch museum for Arkansas State University. The focus of the center will be the birthplace of the Southeast Tenant Farmers Association. Spaces will include main exhibit spaces, multi-purpose space, gift shop, as well as offices and other support spaces.
