A joint venture project with MAHG Architects, Irby Hall is designed in the Georgian style of the University's early buildings, and is located in the historic portion of the campus facing Donaghey Street. A plaza between the complex and the campus library provides students with an outdoor area for many campus functions.

The 60,000 square foot building, house the Dean's office, as well as five departments in the College of Arts & Sciences; and consists of 30 classrooms, four laboratories, plus 82 faculty offices and other spaces for work and student gathering. The project bid within budget, and therefore we were asked to design additional faculty offices in the attic area.
