This project was a joint venture project with MAHG Architects. The 34,000 square foot Georgian style building is located in the heart of the University of Central Arkansas Campus. Three stories plus a finished attic space house the following departments:

Chemistry Department: Includes Freshman Chemistry, Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Organic/Quantitative/Bio Chem labs; the departmental offices; research labs; and a stockroom located on the upper floor which is connected to the labs via a dumbwaiter system.

Physical Therapy Departmental Office: A one-story structure that connects the main building to the building housing the existing P.T. lab space, makes the entry to the P.T. Department a major focal point for this prominent department.

Lecture Halls: Two 150 seat lecture halls located on the first floor serve both the Chemistry Department and the entire campus.
