was commissioned to assist the University of Central Arkansas in determining the requirements for a math & Technology Building by providing a space program, analyzing several candidate sites, developing block floor plans and elevations, and estimating the construction costs. Upon completion of the study, the firm was awarded the contract for the "state of the art" classroom building.

The building exterior complements the UCA Georgian style of architecture, while the interior has the feel of a modern, high-tech facility. Classrooms are designed around the "smart classroom" concept and allow a lot of flexibility in their layout. The building also has computer labs, seminar rooms, and two tiered classrooms. Perhaps the best feature, is an outdoor technology plaza which allows students to log-on between classes.

Upon completion of the building, our Interior Design team was hired to select furnishings for the public areas to complement the building finishes.
