Our first commission included a renovating of an abandoned 1930's "mental illness ward" into a hotel-type facility for the Veterans Administration in North Little Rock. The addition of 45 guest rooms house technicians from VA installations across the nation during training periods in North Little Rock.

A master plan study provided by our firm programmed and outlined four phases during which the "H" shaped structure was expanded by filling in the "H" on the lower level with classroom spaces. Additional spaces within the three-story, 25,476 square foot building were gutted and reconfigured to accommodate the necessary housing and educational functions. The Center has been incredibly successful; it has experienced growth in both the number and types of courses offered.

More recently, we were commissioned to add a firearm training center to the existing building. This addition houses classrooms, open office administrative areas, indoor range, firearm preparation and cleaning areas.
