This design-build project involved using the owner-provided program to design a building meeting their functional, as well as aesthethic, needs, Additionally, the design had to be within preliminary costs supplied by the builder. The resulting design includes features such as a vaulted ceiling with a clerestory element as well as a large community room. The project was designed to allow growth within the building as well as on-site by planning for a possible major addition in the future.
